zytel t50 remote management by default

hello, I experienced that my zytel T50 is resetting to factory settings even after simple reboots operation (not all the times but it is happening). This is of course disabling remote management settings (http/s acces via Wan) which I can’t set back when I’m abroad because the adim interface is not accessible anymore. Did anybody experience the same behaviour for such a router (and in case what do you think the problem could be) and assuming this can happen, do you know how to set enable remote management by default (as part of the factory settings). Thanks!

This problem looks weird, recommended that you contact your ISP or retailer for the new firmware or assistance.
