When your Nebula Professional (Pro/Plus) license has expired, the system will start counting 30 days of inactivity, regardless of when you last accessed the organization.
If Nebula is not accessed for 30 consecutive days after the Pro license has expired, it will switch to Cloud-Saving Mode. However, as long as your Nebula Professional (Pro/Plus) license is still valid, it will not switch to Cloud-Saving Mode.
