[Marketplace] Contacting Customer Support and Viewing Your Message History

  1. Click Navigation Menu in the upper left corner and then select the Contact Us icon. The following screen appears. Enter your name, email address, message content and subject title in the Contact Us screen. Select a SUPPORT CATEGORY according to the subject of your question and select an order ID from the drop-down list box. Click SEND MESSAGE to send the message. If you have problems viewing your devices in Marketplace, select Device support. If you are not sure how to categorize your questions, select Others in the SUPPORT CATEGORY field. 1.png
  2. The following screen appears if the message is sent successfully. Click Yes to close the window. 2.png
  3. Click Navigation Menu in the upper left corner and then select the Message History icon. The following screen appears. Click the index number of the message to see the message threads. 3.png

Please be aware that Message History does not support reply. If you have the requirement, please reply it through your mail.
