Allow logging of Traffic Routing rules

When creating firewall rules, it's often very helpful to enable logging, at least temporarily, to make sure that the rule is indeed capturing the traffic that is desired. I would like to request that we have a log toggle switch for Policy Route/Traffic Shaping
