EX3301-T0 IPhones disconnect wifi when the screen off

As title says, I have a brand new EX3301-T0 ISP-locked modem for the new fiber connection in my apartment. So only, but only, IPhone devices are disconnected when we turn the screens off. It comes back after several seconds when the screen is awaken up. No other device I have, has this problem. And none our IPhone devices are experiencing this with other devices only EX3301-T0. I've looked up online for a solution couldn't find anything that works.

It seems that other users have also reported the same issue to Apple. This problem has been bothering iPhone users for a long time.
