When you see the SYS LED keeps flashing, what steps can you take to address the issue?
Answer:
If you still can access the device:
(1). Please back up your current running startup-config file.
(2). Please collect the diag-info log for us for further investigation. You could collect the diag-info log by the device Web-GUI or the CLI”diaginfo collect ac”.
If you are unable to access the device's Web-GUI and console, it could be corrupted. Please try resetting the device and check if it resolves the issue. If the problem persists, please contact your local support for further assistance.
