Prevent Nebula SSIDs to be created with the management vlan...

I have a suggestion for a setting to increase security / prevent unwanted Wifi traffic.
An AP usually belongs to a (tagged) management vlan i.e vlan500. SSIDs are created/configured with other dedicated vlans i.e vlan100, vlan101 etc.
Today you can not block an admin from setting up a SSID using the management vlan. Intentionally or not!
A Nebula warning (do you really want to..) or organization setting blocking the use of the management vlan when creating SSIDs can be helpful to avoid opening unwanted traffic or reducing security.
