The NR5103E cannot detect the b14 firmware to complete the upgrade

Hi Zyxel Team ,

The latest b14 firmware was recently released for NR5103E, but I'm still stuck with V1.00(ACBy.0)b12. I noticed that it was possible to manually upload the firmware to complete the upgrade. Could you please give me a backup of the b14 firmware so that I can finish updating the latest system locally?

    May we know where did you purchase this device? the device only sold to Internet service provider, so the ideal way is to find your ISP for support.
