[Marketplace] How to Use the Auto Renew Option for UTM Security Pack on the Marketplace?

You might feel uncertain about using the Auto Renew function for their UTM Security Pack on our Marketplace. Some might not know where to start, which options to choose, or how to finalize their purchase.

This can stem from unfamiliarity with the Marketplace interface or the Auto-Renewal process itself. The interface has several stages and options, which can be daunting for first-time users.

Following the steps below, you can smoothly navigate the Auto-Renewal process for your UTM Security Pack using the FLEX100 as an example:

1. Start by clicking on "Auto-Renewal" on the main screen.
   
2. Select the "Choose Other License" option from the list.
   
3. From the available plans, select the one that best suits your needs. We recommend the Paid Yearly plan for optimal value. Once selected, press "Confirm".
   
4. A terms and conditions page will appear. Read through the terms of Zyxel's Online License Store and Privacy Policy. Upon agreeing, check the box to confirm and proceed to "Checkout".
   
5. At the checkout, you'll need to input your VAT details and any other required information for your invoice. Pick your preferred payment method and finalize the process by clicking on "Pay".
