Zyxel NR 5101 v1 vs v2

Hi !

I want to buy an NR5101, and I’ve noticed that there are two versions available: v1 (EUZNN1F) and slightly cheaper v2 version (EUZNV2F). Could you please tell what is the difference between them?

According to the document I posted, one is normal version and one is with Nebula Cloud - managed function.
