Why the new added administrator is unverified?

Please verify if the email address is accurate.

If it is indeed correct, it implies that the email hasn’t been registered as a Zyxel account. Therefore, please request the new administrator to register it.
Please visit "Zyxel Nebula" and click the "get started" button > Create her/his account on the Zyxel account login page.
