How to create a ticket on the Nebula control center?

Please go to Help Center > Support request > My cases > New Case to create a ticket. Fill in the issue subject and the description of your problem. In order to expedite the process, remember to enable Zyxel support access and provide diagnostic info/Tech support. The Zyxel support will clarify your issue after receiving the ticket. Note: only for PRO pack users.
