Hi,

The customer has an NSG200 and when I select 'Interface addressing' from the left menu, this is what I see.

    I checked my site's NSG but this problem did not occur, could you help to enable Zyxel support for me to check?

    Please go to Help (On the top of right) > Support Request > Zyxel support Access to enable and save and PM me the organization name.
