I cannot register my new device because "This device already registered to another account"
Dear Community,
I'm newbie here, but I have a huge problem and please help me…
Recently I bought two used GS1920-24HPv2 could managed switches from a private seller who advertised them as "restored default state / reset OK".
Unfortunately I cannot register one unit from two in my account because I got this error message: "This device already registered to another account"
I contacted with the seller who said that both units were successfully reset and should work…
What can I do now?

ho lo stesso problema non riesco a registrare il mio 710 mi da il seguente errore: "Questo dispositivo è già registrato su un altro account" ho provato a registrarlo con l' APP di nebula ma esce questo errore: "Impossibile trovare il dispositivo"
Come posso fare? il router è stato comprato nuovo su Amazon il 23 gennaio 2025.
