Problem with device registration on https://portal.myzyxel.com/

I want to do a registration of our NR7101 device.
I'm pretty sure we are using correct mac-address and serial number. But we get an error-message that device can not be found.
Is it because we are to late. Device bought from Dustin 8th of August 2021

    Thanks for the information.

    We have two versions for the NR7101: the Generic NR7101 and Nebula NR7101.

    The Nebula NR7101 can complete the registration on the Zyxel Portal and linked to the NCC, also have the third QR Code for the Nebula.

    Here's a picture for your reference:

    According to the MAC, SN and the label you've PM to me, your NR7101 is generic version, so it can't register on the Zyxel Portal.

    Correct, I do have the generic one.

    Reason for my attempt to do a registration was that I would like til raise an issue to support.

    I want to put device in bridge mode/IP Passthrough. When reading instructions it should be possible, but when doing configuration I get an error. To correct that error I have to change some settings. That is not posibble, as I'm missing the specific menu items in web-gui. Tried community with no luck. How do I proceed?

    Hi Peter,

    What kind of error did you get? And what kind changes did you do?

    If you want to do the IPPT, you can follow the steps below.

    You can check Broadband → Cellular APN click Modify on APN1 and you can see there is a IP Passthrough → disable it and press OK in the bottom of the page.
