Nebula Device status On, but cannot reboot device today

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please navigate to Site-wide > Monitor > Devices > Firewall and scroll down to Live Tools.
Chose the Reboot device tab and click the Reboot button.
If you still have a problem with this, please enable Zyxel support for us and we can check it for you. Thanks😉.

Thank you for reply.
But i am use VPN100 and VPN300 Nebula SDWAN, i already try to click reboot device in site > monitor > troubleshooting, but device haven't reboot and reboot time is shown before reboot time. Thank you.

Is it only the site TW that cannot be rebooted from the Nebula Orchestrator, or are there other sites that cannot be rebooted as well?

I tried not only TW site, HK site device also cannot reboot via nebula, also click upgrade cannot upgrade. Please advice us.
