There are many reasons that could cause your license to be deferred. If your device is on-premises, you can check does the Nebula Pro Pack License and the Gold Security Pack exist at the same time, then reach us, and we can help you to revoke the Nebula Pro Pack License to activate the Gold Security Pack; If the device is on-cloud, please check the “License & Inventory” > “Trial.” The activated trial license could cause your license in deferred.
