If you want to cancel the Auto-Renewal, you can follow the steps below:

Step 1. Go to My Plan

Step 2. Choose the device you want to cancel

Step3. Then click Cancel Plan.

Step 4. Confirm in the pop-up dialogue.

Once you complete the unsubscribe the Auto-Renewal, there will be no lights and grey out.
