I cannot access my organization due to Login IP range, what should I do?

  1. Please try to use the correct public IP address to log in.
  2. If you are using a VPN on your PC, please disable it first and refresh the Nebula organization select page.
  3. If the above cannot solve your issue, please contact Zyxel support for help.
