[NEBULA] What causes the dashboard to give "data processing" for a long time

When I try to access an organisation after logging in, I get this message and it takes forever for the screen to provide access to information on the Nebula Dashboard. The dashboard says "data processing" forever and I do not get past this message.

As far as I am aware of the incident, we were enlarging our database storage but had some glitches around that time. Sorry to have caused such inconvenience.
