registration email

Hello, I registered an account last Friday with my work email address but the activation link did not arrive. I have tried to use the resend link option several times, but no link arrives ( i also check on company email server too). I created another account just to contact for help. Who should I write to or report a problem with my main account?

    Dear @admin_wios,

    After reviewing the mail server, the domain name was in blocklist due to block the mail for multiple times.

    We have remove your account from the blocklist, please try again.
