Help getting into gs2210-24 where I lost the password

My personal gs2210-24 is not accepting the documented password that I have. I understand that I must have a rom file OR something like that to upload to the switch from the COM port. Need to find my cable but in the mean while, can support send me the ROM file that I need to upload to my switch to take it back to factory default? Thanks!
