Sometimes, I can confirm the username/password is correct, but when I try to connect to SSL VPN, I still get an error showing "incorrect username/password", and the logs also show this kind of information. why would this happen?

There are two scenarios you would get rejected by incorrect username/password meanwhile you can confirm the username/password is correct.

  1. Authenticat failure too many times resulting in the user account gets locked out. To solve this problem, please refer to

    You may disable the limitation or enable user idle timeout to force log out the idle connection.
