Question
Sometimes, I can confirm the username/password is correct, but when I try to connect to SSL VPN, I still get an error showing "incorrect username/password", and the logs also show this kind of information. why would this happen?
Answer:
There are two scenarios you would get rejected by incorrect username/password meanwhile you can confirm the username/password is correct.
- Authenticat failure too many times resulting in the user account gets locked out. To solve this problem, please refer to
- The user account reaches the limitation of the number of simultaneous logins.
You may disable the limitation or enable user idle timeout to force log out the idle connection.
