Event threshold in Alert setting with less options than expected

Hello,

I have some Companies to manage and to monitor, but some of them have strange differences in "Site-wide > Configure > Alert settings" as you can see below.

The strange fact is that under GOLD sec. lic. I see less options than in TRIAL mode.

Someone could help discovering why?

First screenshot is under USGFLEX100 and second one is under USGFLEX200.

It seems to me that those options are hardware related, but it seems strange that I have different options in the same family (USG Flex) where the only difference should be the amount of WANs that you can use. For example the option "Sandboxing" is unexpected, because I would bet to see it only in ATP firewalls.

Your USG FLEX 100 is using bundle UTM Security Pack license. It means this USG FLEX 100 doesn't have the features: IP Reputation, DNS Threat Filter and Sandboxing.

Your USG FLEX 500 and USG FLEX 200 are still using Gold Security Pack Trial license. It means they have the features: IP Reputation, DNS Threat Filter and Sandboxing.

That's why they have more categories than USG FLEX 100 in Event threshold.

I have the same problem with other paid GOLD lic:

In this Company there is 2 YR paid Gold lic but the same limited amount of options.

Same as UTM, sent also this enabled priviledge via PM to see its network on Nebula.
