The Rover app does not work

Hello! I bought a new Zyxel NBG7510. After installing and setting up the router, I wanted to connect it using the Zyxel Rover application to the phone. When I open the application, it loads normally and finds my router, then I enter the Admin data and wait for approximately 2 minutes when after this time it says "Server is Disconnected" and the only option that can be clicked is "Ok" and then the process repeats . The login data is 100% correct. I tried to reinstall the application, I also tried it on another phone, but still the same error.

    Please try to turn off the LTE and connecting with NBG7510 wifi only.

    If that does not help, You may try to uninstall the app, and reset the device and try it again.
