Why I cannot register device via Nebula APP? It shows ”This device is locked by device owner.”

This is because the device owner enables this function to prevent other users from taking ownership of this organization's device(s) by the Nebula App.

If you are the new device owner, please contact the previous owner to remove the device from the organization.
