USG20w (flex50w) firmware upgrade failed

Good morning, I have a problem with updating a usg FLEX 50 firewall, 
it currently has version V.5.30(ABAQ.0) Version that has the known problem. 
My problem is that there is no way to complete the update, 
neither with the internet update nor with the local one. 
Anyone have any suggestions? 
I also tried to update the standby version but this too remains waiting 
for hours
