How to transfer add-on license by yourself

The device owner can transfer the add-on license by themself.

To transfer the license, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Zyxel.com, and Navigate to "My Devices" and select the device you want to proceed the transfer license by its MAC Address
2. Click "Linked Services"
3. Choose the service you want to transfer and click "Details"
4. Click "Transfer"
5. It will show a pop-up box; please check and choose the target device by its MAC Address that you want to transfer the selected license to
6. If the transfer is complete, it will show "Service has transferred to new product successfully"

There are some restrictions as below:

1. The transfer is not a single service but a license
2. License can only be transferred with the same model
3. Only for the add-on license not for the bundle license
