Can I schedule firmware upgrades via MSP firmware upgrade?

Please follow these steps to check the firmware version of devices in different organizations:

  1. Login to the Zyxel account that has an MSP license.
  2. Navigate to the MSP > MSP cross-org manage > Firmware upgrades
  3. Choose the search criteria and click the search button. The result will be displayed after searching.
  4. Select the models you want to schedule the firmware upgrade tasks and click the schedule button.
