  2. Incorrect IP/Credentials: Verify you're using the correct default IP address and credentials. Check the user guide or use Zyxel One Network utility to confirm the IP address.
  3. Subnet Mismatch: Make sure your PC and AP are on the same subnet. If not, consider setting a static IP for your PC.
  4. Browser Issue: Try accessing the login page using incognito mode or a different browser.
