Introduction:
Zyxel offers two categories of mobile routers: Nebula-compatible and non-Nebula-compatible. This guide aims to assist you in identifying the type of your device.

Identifying Device Labels:
Devices that are compatible with Nebula management are explicitly labeled with the term "Nebula" on their stickers. For visual reference, please consult the sticker photo for Nebula-supported versions.

Understanding Firmware Versions:
Zyxel mobile routers come with two distinct types of firmware versions, depending on whether they are Nebula-compatible or not. Below is a table outlining the firmware versions for various Nebula models:

Important Note:

If you install non-Nebula firmware on a Nebula-compatible mobile router, the device will lose its ability to connect to Nebula management systems.
