Nebula dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your network, including the status of connected devices, sites, and relevant configurations. However, sometimes it may not display the details as expected, possibly due to data rotations or connection issues.

Configuration

1. Go to Site-wide > Devices > Access points

2. Change the DNS server to a public server such as 8.8.8.8 to avoid NTP synchronization failure.

If the APs get IP from DHCP server:

Modify the DNS server address on DHCP interface from gateway.

If APs are configured as static IP address:

Click each AP into Detail page then modify the DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 for all access points if APs are configured as static IP address.

Verification

1. Nebula Dashboard: All details pertaining to your chosen Organization and Site are visible.

2. Verify data availability: Last 24 hours of data should be displayed without issues.

3. Check the connection status of APs: APs should maintain a steady connection with Nebula without frequent disconnections.

Noted

If the dashboard still doesn't display the necessary details, ensure clients are connected to APs to generate relevant data.
