To disable the 2FA by Google Authenticator, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click the icon on the upper right corner and navigate to the "Management Account" 1.png
  2. Click "Two-Factor Authentication" 2.png
  3. Turn off the switch
  4. Enter the password of your Zyxel.com account 8.png
  5. When you see the switch off and it's greyed out, the 2FA is disabled! 9.png
