Why can't my firewall configuration clone to the new organization after doing cross-org site clone?

If you did not disable Nebula VPN and Non-Nebula VPN, cross-org site clone will not clone the configuration to the new organization. This is to avoid unexpected error. Please disable Nebula VPN and Non-Nebula VPN before clone configuration to new organization.
