How can I manage MSP firmware upgrade schedule?

Please follow these steps to check the firmware version of devices in different organizations:

  1. Login to the Zyxel account that has an MSP license.
  2. Navigate to the MSP > MSP cross-org manage > Firmware upgrades > Scheduled tasks to check your scheduled firmware upgrade tasks. image.png
  3. To change the schedule for a specific model, please select the devices and reschedule. image.png
  4. You can also reset the schedule. It will follow the site-wide firmware upgrade schedule.
