Two APs both offline. Have gone through FAQs and can’t resolve

Both APs are flashing amber and green. Both are discoverable when searching for wifi. Marked as offline on nebula. Have looked on Zon and under DHCP setting for IP address are given 192.168.1.2 (my fibre connection with Vodafone is 192.168.1.1) but the subnet, default gateway etc are all 0.0.0.0 (don’t know if that’s an issue). When I try to access the GUI (I think this is accessed by searching for 192.168.1.2 in internet browser) I get message saying took too long to load whereas I don’t have this problem for Vodafone login page.

Any ideas I’m at a loss?

    Hello @mathforward

It seems that both of your APs have failed to connect to Nebula. Have these APs been online on Nebula before?

Firstly, we should check the Cloud Control Status of the devices by logging into the device's web GUI.

    • IP Address: As you mentioned, it is "192.168.1.2". The credentials depend on whether the AP has been online on the Nebula Control Center (NCC) before:
    • If the AP has never been online on NCC:
      • Username: admin
      • Password: 1234 (default)
    • If the AP is running in cloud mode but went offline on NCC:
      • Username: admin
      • Password: [site-wide password]. Please refer to this FAQ to check the password.

Please share the screenshots of Cloud Control Status as shown in the below with us.

Note: Ensure that your PC is on the same subnet (192.168.1.x) to access the device's web GUI.

Also, check if your ISP is blocking the services required to connect to Nebula. We recommend configuring your AP's primary DNS setting to the static IP address "8.8.8.8".
