Router DX3301-T1 missing a lot of information

Hello everyone, since I received the modem I notice that reading the illustrative booklet the modem's configuration is missing a lot of entries that I do not have. For example: NAT, Qos, Broadband etc. As in this video. What should i need to do?
I see online these option are removed with last update?
