Some users might need more time for the session on the switch web GUI because they are checking the document or the video to set their switch. Zyxel switch allows you to change the session timeout for longer. This FAQ will show how to change the session timeout.

Configure steps

  1. Please navigate to Menu > Security > Access Control > Service Access Control. image.png
  2. And you can change the session timeout.
