[NEBULA] Information on Android Nebula Mobile APP "test" notifications

Dear Nebula users, 

For those who uses Android Nebula APP, you may have noticed receiving one or two push notifications having the content as "test" or "nancy test". 
This is a testing notification originally meant for testing on our beta testing APP, however due to some changes on the Google platform we've accidently sent out the notification to all of you.

Reminded that this does not cause any security risks or affects on actual usage, it is only a notification that was broadcasted by mistake.
