Dear Nebula Users,

The system had some issues due to an incident.

Issue Started from:
2023-11-24 05:15 (UTC+0)

Resolved: 
2023-11-24 08:12 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:
1. When a device goes offline, it will be unable to get back online
2. New installed devices are unable to get online on Nebula.

*Except for ATP, USG FLEX, and FLEX H series.


Note: This incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services if there is no any configuration change.
