Zyxel dx3301-t0 stability problem

I Have a problem with dx3301-t0.

Every 3-5 days it's lost WAN connection

Wifi connection with all devices also lost

The phone connects to Wi-Fi but i can't lolin to router admin panel for diagnostic.

If I power of it and on it's working normal the next few days and after that problem repeat.

And in system log no errors.

I updated firmware to 5.50(ABVY.4)C0 and it's not solve problem.

Please help me 🙏😭!

Because if this problem continues to recur. I think I'll burn it

Is there a device connected to the WAN port of the dx3301-t0?

if so, I think need to check if there is any connection problem between the two devices.

if no, it is recommended to contact your ISP provider or retailer for assistance.
