Upgrade Firmware LTE5398-M904, not band 1 work

Hi, I updated the modem to version 12 of the LTE module (released by you). It no longer aggregates band 1 with the other bands, nor does it use only band 1 to navigate. I would like to downgrade to version 8, the one previously installed. Can you carry out the procedure remotely? Or can you possibly pass me the file to update manually?

I can no longer work with this modem, I tried to reset but the problem persists.

Installed version: EG18EAPAR01A12M4G

Previously installed version: EG18EAPAR01A08M4G

Did you purchase it from ISP? Or where did you purchse ?

To upgrade or downgrade FW, it might need the support from the local survice.

Same Problem here after upgrade to EG18EAPAR01A12M4G.
No more connecting to Band 1.
Band 3, 8 und 20 works, also in CA up to 150MBit/60MBit down/up.
