Why I failed to refund VAT?

After the order is complete, you can reach us for a VAT refund, but there are two limitations need to be aware of:

  1. The Order must be created in a month: If the invoice was completed over a month, the tax was paid to the local authority. We suggest you reach local authority for assistance.
  2. The location: The location where to complete the payment and your VAT registration country (or area) must be the same. If there's a difference, we're unable to refund the VAT. We suggest you enter the VAT number before you check out, please see the screenshot below:
