Exporting Complete Device List for Managed Customers in Nebula CC

Scenario:
Customers using Nebula CC are seeking a way to export a comprehensive hardware list for all managed customers. This need arises from the desire to have a master equipment list, encompassing all devices across every client, similar to the function available for individual customers within Nebula.

Solution:
Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the top-right of the NCC page and look for the "More" icon.
   
2. Select "My devices & service" from the drop-down menu.
   
3. In the Devices tab, you will find a list of all devices, including their name, MAC address, SN, org, site, and device type. This view is accessible as long as you are the owner or have Full admin delegation of an organization.

   The comprehensive list of devices is available for export (right corner), allowing you to manage and monitor your hardware inventory effectively across all clients.
