Resolving an Error in MSP Site Transfer.

Symptoms:
Customers under MSP licenses are encountering the error "ERR_MOVE_DEVICE_NOT_ALLOW_DIFFERENCE_ORG_OWNER" when attempting to move three sites from the previous ORGA to a new organization ORGB. This error is preventing the successful transfer of sites between organizations.

Root Cause:
The root cause of this issue is related to organizational ownership and delegated authority within the MSP environment. The error occurs because the person attempting the site transfer is not the owner of both the source and destination organizations.

Solution:
MSP site cloning and transfer can only be executed by an individual who is either the owner or a delegated owner in both source and destination organizations owned by the same owner.
