AP NWA50AX
Dear all,
I took a second hand access point model NWA50AX. I asked help to a friend for installing this one and another one (same model). He was really kind and being myself ignorant I let him do everything. Now I had some challenges with my connection and I started to look more and more also in the AP installation process (since I had to do it again). What I noticed is that the AP second hand even if working in my Nebula account shows up as off-line (the lead on the device is green). I cannot update the firmware and I also notice that there is a PRO license set up until 2024 June.
I tried to install the device again, but there is the same behaviour. Would you be able to suggest how can I get this sorted out? Please consider I tried the reset button but it didn't help.

The LED indicator on the AP device, when glowing green, indicates that clients are currently connected to the AP and there is no disruption in service.
It appears that your AP is showing as offline in Nebula only. To address this issue, please refer to the following FAQ for guidance on resolving the problem.
