Why there’s a device has IP conflict with my switch but the switch did no detect?

Zyxel switch will detect the conflict device which is under itself. If the conflict device is not connecting under it, the switch will not detect and record IP conflict. In addition, checking the ARP table on your firewall/router is a better way to find the IP conflict.
