EX5401-B0 parental control

I have a problem : „Add More Profile“ doesn‘t react at all.

I deactivated „Mesh“, but Nothing changes
has anyone faced this issue? Thanks for any help!

    Parental control is a function that controls PC/phone can access to the Internet or not.

    If you can't add more parental control profiles, maybe you can try using a different browser or reset to default settings.
