XGS1250-12 ISSUE

Hello, I'm Olivier from Martinique.
My XGS1250-12 worked well for few hours and suddenly it boot up (power led blink) and is not accessible (No IP) all RJ45 LED blank.
I try to power off and on but always the same Problem, power LED is blinking forever (after 1 hour it's always blinking).
Any Idea ?

It seems your XGS1250-12 switch is operating abnormally. I recommend contacting your local Zyxel support to proceed with an RMA.
