Hello, Have Engineer with another vendor tentative scheduled to work with Zyxel Engineer at 5:00 PM EST today, January 8th, 2024 to work on issue with VPN disconnect. Recommended by Zyxel Engineer I worked with last Friday for 2 hours. Can you please accomodate and let me know the procedure? - Thank you.
